the hotel location is realy great in the cbd. loved the entertainment with dstv. warm showers were amazin and i appreciated the kettle for tea. staff were friendly and helpful. comfy sleep! !

the meals were a bit pricey for what you get. had some noise from the bar on fridays which was annoying.

The staff responded promptly to my requests, which I appreciated. Warm showers were reliable and the kettle for tea was a nice touch. I faced issues with the air conditioning, which only blew cold air despite reporting it. I had a chilly night. I also requested an extra towel but it never arrived. For the price, I expected more comfort. The noise from the street made it hard to fully relax at night. Finally, I encountered some trouble with the key card, which required multiple resets.

Bathroom floors are dangerously slippery!!! Elevator etiquette needs to be taught to staff!!! Overcrowding in public areas is a nuisance!!! Breakfast pricing is absurd for the region!!!

Comfortable Stay with Great Location and Convenience!

We had a pleasant night in a cozy twin room with excellent WiFi. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Nearby attractions like the National Museum were just a short walk away. There were great cafes for breakfast options. Highly recommend taking a taxi to find more dining spots!

The ambassador is perfectly located for exploring the city. our room was spacious and quiet, allowing for a great night’s sleep. the staff were exceptionally kind and polite. we also loved the various recreational opportunities available.
